We are fully aware that some of our client could not login to investor management system (IMS).
We have begun the investigation and comfirmed this issue occurs for client who has dynamic IP configuration settings.
Regarding this matter, we have implemented a fix to resolve this login problem.
Client now could use their MT4 account number and password to login IMS using this following link :
https://trade.mrg.forex/?action=loginMT4
an option to login using MT4 account number has been added in IMS login page as well
